Dr. Emilija Dina

 Dr. Emilija Dina is a university professor currently teaching five management-related courses. She combines a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship with over 13 years of professional experience as a business advisor and founder of a facility management enterprise. Her academic and professional work bridges theory and practice, with a strong emphasis on applied entrepreneurship. 

Dr. Dina is an active researcher with a focus on family business, women’s entrepreneurship, and youth entrepreneurship. She serves as a member of the CIT Editorial Board, has published in peer-reviewed journals, and leads entrepreneurship-driven projects at national and international levels. Her work contributes to the advancement of entrepreneurial ecosystems and policy development in North Macedonia. 

Dr. Altay Iltan Akturk

Dr. Altay Iltan Akturk holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Marmara University and earned his Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Forensic Social Sciences from Istanbul University. He has served as a faculty member and lecturer at various institutions, teaching courses in criminal law, health law, forensic sciences, mediation, and restorative justice. Since 2019, he has been delivering doctoral-level courses and providing academic supervision at Conley University, Aston American University, and Paris International American University. Dr. Akturk has supervised several master’s and doctoral theses and has authored academic books, articles, and conference papers in the fields of law and forensic sciences. He currently works as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, Cyprus Science University.

Feyza Bhatti

Feyza Bhatti – Associate Professor
Associate Professor Feyza Bhatti is a mixed-methods social science researcher with substantive experience and interest in gender studies, particularly focusing on understanding the gendered nature of workplaces, gender inequalities, and the social and work experiences of women, men, and marginalised groups in developing countries. After completing her BA and MS in Economics, she earned her Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. She is currently the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Business, Director of the Centre for Gender Studies, and Director of the Institute of Graduate Studies and Research at Girne American University, Cyprus.

Nursena Koyutürk

Nursena Koyutürk – Instructor

Nursena Koyutürk completed her Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design at TOBB University of Economics and Technology. She also got her master’s with her thesis on Digital Gamification and Visual Interface Design, at the same university. She is currently continuing her studies in the Computer and Instructional Technologies Ph.D programme.
In her academic studies she focuses on visual interface design, digital learning environments, cultural heritage and design education. She presented reports at national and international conventions and has academic researches published in peer-reviewed journals. She also practiced as an assistant at university level design courses; participated actively in education, design and technology focused projects.
